Judith E. Glaser, CEO

Judith E. Glaser is one of the most innovative and pioneering change agents, consultants and executive coaches in the consulting industry – and refers to herself as an Organizational Anthropologist. She is the author of 3 best selling books, and is the world’s leading authority on WE-centric Leadership, Neuro-Innovation and the Neuroscience of WE.  Through the application of neuroscience to business challenges, Judith shows CEOs and their teams how to elevate the levels of engagement, collaboration and innovation to positively impact the bottom line. She is the Founder & CEO of Benchmark Communications, Inc., and the Chairman of the Creating WE Institute.

In 2011 Judith was awarded the Drexel University Distinguished Alumni Award, and in 2006 she was inducted into the Temple University Gallery of Success. She was also awarded Business Woman of the Year in New York City in 2004, as well as the Benno Curtis Entrepreneur of the Year and Quality Consultant Award. In 2006-2011 she was listed in the Excellence Top 100 Consultants, and in 2007-2010 she was selected as one of the Top 100 Thought Leaders globally on the subject of Leadership. Books

Judith is the author of 5 books and 1 animated film to date, with more soon to be released. Creating WE: Change I-Thinking to We-Thinking & Build a Healthy Thriving Organization and The DNA of Leadership (Platinum Press, an imprint of Adams Media), both achieved Amazon Best Seller status for business, leadership and culture; and were also selected by Forbes and Business Book Review as two of the top business books of 2006 and 2007.  In 2008 Creating WE won the AXION Business Book Award for leadership.  In 2009, 42 Rules for Creating WE which was written with members of the Creating WE Institute, became an Amazon Best Seller, and the second fastest selling book. Background, Boards & Honors

Judith earned a BA from Temple University in Interdisciplinary Studies, and an MS in Human Behavior & Development from Drexel University, where she was a Research Fellow. She has earned credits from Harvard University’s Bales School of Social Relations, with a focus on Organizational Studies, and  is a Founding Fellow of the Harvard Institute of Coaching. She later received a Master’s Certificate in Corporate and Political Communications from Fairfield University. Judith has also served as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, visiting guest speaker at Harvard Business School, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Graduate School of Business, Loyola University, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, NYU Stern School of Business, IIT Stuart School of Business, University of Stellenbosch Business School (South Africa), Etisalat Academy in (Dubai), and at Tsinghua University (China).
